About the Role
As a Senior Product Researcher at Highspot, you will shape decision-making across the organization to ensure we deliver on user needs, market demands, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Promote a user-first and data-driven mindset, ensuring product development is rooted in strong insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Plan and lead full research projects, including road mapping, study design, execution, analysis, and sharing insights that guide decisions.
• Use analytics dashboards to understand user behavior and support business impact.
• Partner proactively with leadership to influence the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of research experience in user experience, product design, or product marketing.
• Deep expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects that drive successful business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in advocating for a user-focused and data-driven culture with partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Highly preferred: Experience using data analytics or behavioral data tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, etc.) to generate comprehensive and contextual insights.
