Responsibilities:

• Be agile when it comes to both UX and UI design -Collaborate with the dev team to assure that the all work is feasibile in the time schedules -Stay abreast of the latest technologies and identify ways to utilize them -Create and test prototypes to demonstrate creative thinking -Play with and repurpose technology to discover new uses -Share new technology to inspire the team -Help ensure the best user experience solutions are being produced -Be a project and team leader internally and externally and facilitate client and internal products are completed efficiently

What we’d like to see:

-Small Team / Collaborative work history with design-minded (creative and technology) folk -Solid experience in a digital or software development organization, with a portfolio of designed and developed projects -Strong understanding of mobile standards & guidelines and the differences between the mobile platforms -Ability to hand code JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and related front-end technologies -Strong knowledge of responsive design, and designing progressive enhancements -Ability to clearly discuss and explain your solutions with both technical and non-technical team members -Strong presentation and written skills, with the ability to share work directly with clients -A passion for learning new things

Salary and compensation
