Our offerings include both traditional on-premise software as well as cloud-based SaaS services. This role, within our Test Automation team, is responsible for building and maintaining workflow and software frameworks which allows us to quickly and accurately test our software before it is delivered to our customers. More specifically, these workflow and frameworks address the following areas:

• Scheduling… we have different suites of tests which can run at different intervals throughout the day, including on demand. We are building a continuous integration environment to ensure that we can quickly iterate through changes in the software and spot any changes in product behavior.
• Deployment… on any given day, we deploy hundreds of virtual machines across many different versions of Windows, Linux and Macintosh operating systems.
• Test Execution… we have different suites of tests which go from the functional, end-to-end tests variety, to UI-based tests (think Selenium), to REST and SOAP API tests, to component level tests, and to unit tests which run at compile time.
• Reporting… we have the ability to create dynamic reports which show results from these various test suites. Yet, more work needs to be done in order to gain true ‘business intelligence’ from these activities. At its simplest, the question we seek to answer is this: ‘Is this code ready to deliver to customers?’

An ideal candidate will have a background in test automation or DevOps, particularly around the development of automated business processes and workflows.
