We are seeking a highly-motivated SeniorPHP Developer who is team-oriented and can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment. This person will create new and support existing software solutions, as well as engaging in the full range of the Software Development Life Cycle. The successful candidate should enjoy working with people, have a problem-solving attitude, and will collaborate with other members to provide an IT environment that is consistent with company goals and staff needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop Software that delivers quality, performance, supportability, and high availability applications. Engage in peer reviews of code.
Maintain a good habit of documenting requirements, technical design, and code.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems. Make decisions on issues that need escalation. Own issues until resolution.
Proactively communicate with manager on priorities, solution approach and progress status.
Involves direct interaction with end-users, effective communication, and collaboration with end-users is essential.
Collaborate with other members of IT and contribute to overall advancement of the IT organization.
