Our Senior Performance Engineers proactively look for ways to improve the overall performance of our software products.

As a member of an Agile/scrum project team, performance engineers participate in the application design, requirements and estimation process. They create master test plans for performance/load and scalability, record/ execute scripts according to plan and record results.

While doing this they are verifying applications are coded according to the non-functional requirements.

Although duties are performed as part of a scrum team structure, you will work independently in accordance with QA procedures and methodologies to insure quality deliverables.
