Senior Manager II Marketing Analytics

The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for understanding marketing impact, providing actionable and strategic insights to the marketing leadership, and improving the ROI of marketing spend. He/She should have a deep understanding email and digital marketing, web analytics, attribution, tracking methodologies, and evaluating multi-channel campaigns. She/he will develop metrics & goals, own reporting for marketing funnel performance, and integrate analyses across channels, including email, SEM, SEO, display, and other key touchpoints. The successful candidate will be passionate about testing and driving a culture of testing across multiple channels.

  • Acts as in-house marketing research consultant and expert* Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Global eCommerce (GEC) Research* Ensures business needs are being met* Oversees the relationship with and management of contractors and suppliers* Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity* Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates* Supports senior leadership with market research insights

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics including (email/Display/SEM/SEO • BS degree in engineering or other technical field, economics, or business. • Strong leadership skills to influence and drive data driven marketing best practices across the organization • Significant knowledge of email targets and segmentation • Advanced reporting and data visualizations experience • Significant experience in A/B testing in marketing • Strong communication skills and able to explain complex analytics to executive audiences
