• Collaborate with the team to find solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues, users, customers and partners
• Hold hard problems in their head, and break them into smaller deliverable chunks
• See the potential issues and corner cases before we fall over them

• Write clean, maintainable code that is easy for others to follow
