Essential Functions of the Job:

• Work as a Technical Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to contribute in various technical streams of package / Guidewire implementation project

• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team

• Collaborate with team members, mentor the project test team to plan, develop and implement project activities to achieve project and client goals

• Regular status reporting to the Manager

• Building and maintaining relationships with the client, key stakeholders

• Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies

• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
