Who we are
Neybox is a super small profitable company. We build mobile applications for iOS that have a positive impact on the health and well-being of millions of individuals worldwide. Our name is bit weird, we know.
Working at Neybox is really simple. You won’t have to deal any type of arcane corporate hierarchy and byzantine bureaucratic rules. We’re just a small team working closely together, with very specific roles, trying to create something great while enjoying ourselves in the process. Everyone is either an engineer or a technically adept designer so you won’t have to “translate” anything.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone that will enjoy being involved and being a key part in every step of the process of creating and evolving a great product. From the deep inner workings of the application’s backend architecture and scaling to polishing the animations of the UI and working with our support team to diagnosean issue that a user is having.
Our scale allows everyone to be equally involved and have a clear view of the big picture. We’re always open to challenging problems, suggestions, crazy ideas, experiments, new methodologies and heated debates about editor preferences. We don’t have an endless list of projects that won’t let you focus. We won’t bore you with a single never-ending subtask of a subtask. Meetings and interruptions are always kept at a minimum.
A day at Neybox
At the start of the day we do a very quick gatheringto catch up with our on-going tasks, prioritise anything new and update our estimates. We break for lunch around noon and resume around an hour later. Later onwe occasionally gather to discuss new ideas or exchange feedback on what we’re working on. That’s it.

What we offer
We don’t have a fancy espresso machine, in-house chefs and colourful slides connecting weirdly shaped rooms inspired by our logo that will make you feel like a 12-year old …yet.We offer a great salary, paid vacation time, flexible working hours, financial support for opportunitiesthat will help you grow as professional and individual and perhaps most importantly, the conditions to do great work thatmatters.
It’s totally ok if you want to work remotely but if you change your mind, there will always be a quiet office space where you can work without distractions. We’ll also make sure you have great hardware and software to work with. An iMac Retina 5K is usually our weapon of choice.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, just send us an email to arrange a quick chat and get to know you better.
