Greenhouse is looking to hire aSenior Full-Stack Engineer.Every engineer at Greenhouse is truly full-stack and owns individual features end-to-end, and there’s a lot to own: Greenhouse is a complex platform with a tremendous amount of functionality.

During your first year at Greenhouse you will:

• Apply functional & OO programming techniques to build high-quality and reusable services in Ruby

• Write reusable Javascript libraries, responsive SASS, and semantic HTML

• Architect complex relational models & optimize PostgreSQL

• Define RESTful web services

• Help us figure out our distributed micro-services strategy based on SOA/EDA principles

• Deploy to prod at least once a week

• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers

You should have:

• Degree in CS or related field

• Solid Javascript fundamentals

• Experience with Ruby or experience with another dynamically typed programming language

• Experience with Rails or another web based MVC framework

• Interest in solving real-world business problems
