REQUIREMENTS
3+ years as a full-time Ruby and/or Javascript engineer
Strong knowledge of Ruby/Rails
Strong knowledge of OO Javascript (Bonus:ReactJS)
Strong understanding of programming principles (OOP, REST, MVC, etc)
Experience and/or interest in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies
Experience with one or more: Postgresql, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB
Bonus:
Contribute to OSS (Double Bonus: you wrote/maintain a Ruby gem or javascript plugin)
Experience leading an engineering team
Experience with DevOps

Build and ship new features and services critical to our customers
Facilitate collaboration between engineers, product managers, and designers to solve complex and interesting problems
Write clear, maintainable, scalable code across multiple projects
Work on whatever you want on our quarterly X days where you can hack on anything you want
