As a senior engineer, you’ll be developing one of the largest Mobile-Web publishing platforms, which enables publishers to create rich, engaging user-experiences for touch-based devices. Our platform has seen hundreds of millions of visits, and can dramatically increase revenue for publishers by improving user engagement and page views through the combination of dynamic, fluid user-experiences optimized for mobile/tablet devices and improved relevance and context, powered by platform-driven data analysis and learning.

You will be playing an active role on both the front-end and back-end of the Onswipe Platform. Help us build a massively scalable, realtime data-mining, analytics, and reporting infrastructure for ingesting, analyzing, and visualizing critical data points across publishers and advertisers. You will help develop our real-time crawler and rule-processing system, powered by Apache Storm and Scala, which mines billions of data points across millions of publisher pages.

You should be excited to run massively-concurrent code across thousands of nodes, maximize the efficiency of your reduce phases, and dissect data on the fly with cutting-edge tools. You should enjoy diagraming new solutions on a whiteboard with other engineers, and then executing and releasing through an agile development process. We use tools such as Hadoop, DynamoDB, Redshift, Kafka, Hive, and Storm to scale our data-mining and classification infrastructure across hundreds of nodes, running in AWS.

On the front-end, you will help build our Javascript-powered Mobile-Web client, which offers a rich dynamic layout system and configurable components.
