You are an experienced customer service executive, ready to join our team in Munich, the Automotive capital of Germany. Our expectations for you are to be the first point of contact for any questions around buying & selling a car through CARZADA. You will not only have the opportunity to demonstrate your customer centric mentality, but also be able to enhance your sales and analytical skills by discovering new opportunities to generate additional revenue.
Your Tasks:
Continuous implementation of extensions and improvements for the CARZADA plattform
Plan and implement complex business process together with different departments for high security and performance
Independent work from planning over development to the release with automated testing
Discover new technologies, trends, approaches and use them when they make sense
Teamwork with the focus on support and knowledge exchange in the team for continuous improvement
