About the role

As a senior front end web developer, you’ll be tasked with developing many different types of web applications including CMS-driven websites, single-page applications, responsive websites, static sites (using a generator), and even web based mobile apps. You need to understand the application lifecycle and how to transform a set of requirements and a design document into a full-fledged web application.

• You have a public code repository account with Bitbucket or GitHub

• You know what semantic HTML is, and why we use it

• You can handle a CSS preprocessor like SASS or LESS

• You enjoy making your life easier by automating tasks with Grunt or Gulp

• You have a passion for new technologies, and enjoy sharing them with others

• You understand what makes a good website; speed, design, and reliability

• You can design a relational database and query it with ease

• You have written software outside of a work or school context, showing a real passion and interest in software development
