Narcissa is building a play-to-earn that will reward the most useful & active members of a community with ERC-21 & NFTs from incentive pools funded by protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce detailed product and feature specifications
• Collaborate and communicate well with the team.
• Work with management to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs and choose solutions.
• Perform/facilitate code reviews for the team.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and integrated services
• Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle, including deployment to production.
• Write automated and maintainable unit-tests
• Design and develop new features and functionality with rich UI content for DeFi oriented products
• You will be given a broad idea and expected to sharpen the vision and feature details while adding value to the product.
• You will be in charge of optimizing user experience and user interface.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and Vue (React is equivalent)
• Advanced knowledge in TypeScript is a big plus
• High standards for code quality
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi is a big plus
• Ability to work independently based on product requirements
• Ability to take over a mature, powerful, and complex product
• Degree in computer science, or equivalent self-education with excellent abilities
• Quick learner who successfully organizes, prioritizes and manages multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Has top communication skills that include technical fluency and the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts and strategy-related concepts and opportunities with technical team members.
