In the role of senior front-end developer, you’ll be a crucial member of our small team and will completely own our front-end stack. You’ll help create a purpose-driven SaaS platform that improves the culture, communication and transparency inside thousands of fast-growing companies all around the world.

Your Skills
You’ve worked in various roles with a strong focus on front-end development for web-based applications that are responsive and look great on both desktop and mobile
You can translate high-fidelity PSDs into pixel-perfect prototypes using HTML5, CSS3 and AngularJS that work across all modern browsers
You have worked with Foundation and Angular.js on multiple projects
You have (at least) minimal experience with Ruby on Rails
You build lightweight HTML/CSS/Javascript implementations and keep a close eye on the performance of your web applications because you know load time is critical
You can work on your own most of the time but are open to feedback because you know it helps you continue to improve – so you seek it out regularly
Nice-To-Have’s
Experience with CoffeeScript and HAML
Github or similar version control experience
Back-end experience with Ruby on Rails, Django or a similar language
Your Experience
3+ years as a mid or senior-level front-end developer
A proven ability to create products that people love to use
You’ve owned the entire front-end development for at least one web application
Worked at both fast-growing startups and established companies
Solid experience freelancing and/or working in remote teams
You’re a flawless communicator, both written and verbally
Can work as part of a small team or on your own as needed

Things you might do
Take PSDs and turn them into pixel-perfect, hand-coded HTML5/CSS3 prototypes
Talk with our designers and engineers regularly (via Slack and Hangouts) to move features from design to front-end development (you) through to engineering
Convert an existing “desktop” feature into a responsive feature that works across smart phones and tablets
Interview customers and incorporate their feedback into your design work
Use your eye for detail to do final acceptance testing (cross-browser, UX, etc) on new features once they have been built and are ready for production
