• senior engineer / lead engineer / cto-type who can get their hands dirty
• full stack web engineer, preferably (they won’t necessarily do everything but they should understand it)
• interested in building a new product (wants to write code)
• interested in building and leading a team
• familiar with agile methodologies
• ecommerce experience would be ideal but not absolutely necessary (familiar with some of the nuances of processing payments online)
• experience at a proven company (twitter, google, dropbox, facebook, etc.) would be a plus but not absolutely necessary either
• startup experience preferred, but not a deal breaker
• should be comfortable with (if not excited by) getting into the ground floor of the growing legal cannabis industry
• the team is in SF, the CTO does not necessarily need to be
