We are an exciting Bay Area startup developing a massively scaled machine learning platform and compute resource with applications to e-commerce, healthcare, and beyond. You are a highly skilled senior distributed systems engineer that can help us go from a million cores to many more.

• Develop and maintain the server and client side components of our distributed computing platform.
• Improve architecture and optimize performance of very complex software systems.
• Evaluate new technology solutions and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.

What we are doing:

• We have built one of the largest compute resources in the world.
• We have built an ultra-scalable Artificial Intelligence and machine learning platform.
• We are developing novel applications of machine learning to e-commerce, healthcare, and beyond.
• Our team previously led applications of AI and machine learning to diverse problems, from the CALO project that underpins Siri, to the design of new drugs.
• We are located near the Embarcadero BART station in San Francisco.
