Position: Senior DevOps Engineer

First a little about us – we are a B2B marketing technology company focused on advertising and website personalization. We make it possible for businesses to deliver personalized ads to people at specific companies across the web and tailor the messages on their website to engage and convert these companies to customers.

Now you. Are you a developer who somehow got interested in deployment and network operations? Are you a sysadmin who loves to script and code? Do you get weirdly jazzed by continuous integration and deployment? If yes, then read on because we’re looking for a passionate DevOps expert to help us scale our operations.

We run Ruby on AWS, using Chef for configuration management, so you must have extensive experience with AWS, config management systems, and programming using a dynamic language.

You must have at least 3 years experience in a specifically DevOps role – meaning supporting developers by providing infrastructure, maintaining CI/CD systems (jenkins), etc.

And of course you must also have extensive experience configuring and maintaining Linux servers as well as deploying, maintaining, and monitoring production applications that run on them. You should also have the same level of experience configuring and maintaining the networks they run on (with AWS networking and security a big plus). And you must possess a solid understanding of both network and systems security.

Finally, it would be great if you also have experience configuring and tuning infrastructure applications such as PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ.
