What will you be doing?
• Build reliable and scalable data pipelines for large datasets from internal databases and SaaS tools using Fivetran, Airbyte, or Python.
• Develop and optimize transformation models using Redshift, Dbt, Dagster, and similar tools.
• Oversee and maintain our Redshift data warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate data.
• Define and uphold data engineering standards across the department.
• Work with other teams to address their data engineering needs.
• Create and maintain documentation.

What should you have?
• 5+ years of hands-on production experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousing.
• Practical experience building ETL processes.
• Experience developing transformation pipelines with Dbt.
• Experience working with Python.
• Experience using workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra.
• Fluent English.

Bonus Points
• Experience with AWS, especially Redshift.
• Experience with Dagster.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of infrastructure tools like Docker, Terraform, or Helm.
