As a Backend Engineer, you’ll be an unrelenting individual willing to brave the storm of learning. We’re a startup with assumptions to validate and a product to build, refine and improve. You will make Turn production-ready. Your expertise and input is what you have to offer. This position will report to the VP of Engineering and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of the platform.

As one of our early engineers, you’ll be required to have expertise with software development best practices and a track-record of shipping scalable software. We look for great programmers, not language experts. We are an entrepreneurial environment and previous startup experience is a huge plus.
