The ideal candidate for theSeniorApplications Developerposition will have equal expertise in technical and business skills in order to translate business processes into efficient automated processes. This role will require interfacing with all levels of the business and strong out of the box thinking skills. The Applications Developer will report to the Senior Director of Critical Systems and will be responsible for peak performance of new and existing applications and systems. This position is in our headquarters in Redwood City, California or a remote location.

  • Enhance and maintain critical business systems and processes for Finance, HR and Contact Center Operations.

  • Develop and enhance system interfaces between disparate systems.

  • Develop ASP/https://dotnet.microsoft.com/apps/aspnet applications with EXTJS extensions to improve automation, reporting, scorecards, dashboards and information exchange.

  • Develop and maintain web service applications for integration with SaaS providers.

  • Liaison with end-users to analyze needs, define requirements and develop effective code and test plans.

  • Maintain automation of new hire provisioning and termination processing across systems

  • Create reports using https://dotnet.microsoft.com/apps/aspnet, Excel and SQL.

  • Enhance and maintain call scripts and IVRs, develop data dips from IVR into backend databases for efficient call routing

  • Perform DBA functions on MS SQL Server and Postgres.

  • Work with vendor support organizations to trouble shoot and resolve issues identified by end users, apply patches and perform system upgrades.

  • Provide extended hours support during quarter end and other critical periods.
