ABOUT YOU
You’ve been developing applications using JavaScript, Angular and Xamarin, possiblyhosted in Azure, and love elegant design. The problem-solving aspect of software development excites you every day. You’ve been wanting to join a FinTech startup, but have been put off by the restrictions of location and working practices. You long to apply your hard-won skills to one of the fastest-growing, cutting edge areas of tech in the UK. You just haven’t found the right company – yet.
Your major is as an Angular developer. You have back-end C# experience, but you might notyet consider yourself a crafts-man or -woman in this area. You can deep-dive into JavaScript and Angular and have a fundamental understanding of how theywork – including front-end build processes. Youhave also previously worked hand-in-hand with designers.
You’ve successfully tackled complex, unfamiliar domains in cross-functional teams. You are comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideally, you have been developing cloud-based applications for long enough that you no longer think in terms of racks and conserving resources. You are comfortable with the complete cloud-based ADLC and have experience in utilising many of Azure’s PaaS and IaaS features.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be working in a growingteam of senior developers and designers building the public and private systems to support our FinTech services. These will be cloud-based and capable of supporting thousands of customers and millions of transactions. To do this, you’ll have access to the latest software and hardware.
You’ll have mutual responsibility for all aspects of the development life-cycle from spec through to build, test and deploy. You’ll meet regularly with both technical and non-technical co-workers, but you’ll mostly get to choose from where you work.
The code you produce will be fast, efficient and robust and readable.

LOCATION
Netwealth is a modern, flexible employer. The majority of our engineering team work remotely and commute in to our Hyde Park offices every week or 2 for meetings. You’ll have the flexibility to choose from where you work on any given day. However, you must live in the UK and be able to comfortably travel to our offices,when required,in such a way that your work is not adversely affected.
