Python Experts and Open Source Forkers! re:3D, maker of the world’s huge, industrial 3D printer called Gigabot currently seeks to fill positions in software engineering. Recently closing a second successful Kickstarter called Open Gigabot, re:3D is addressing user experience and hackability of our hardware and software solutions.

We’re a fun and flexible team – but we need to hire people like you. We are hiring a Python developer to bring our embedded touchscreen interface to completion (about ~70% done). Bonus points if you have experience forking/organizing open source code, or have a history in machine controls. We are hosting the project documentation on Wevolver and GitHub to build the open source culture surrounding Gigabot. This can be a great way to expand your portfolio to include the emerging industry of 3D printing. Please shoot me an email at katy@re3D.org with your resume and with recent work on GitHub, LinkedIn, or any other desired platform.
