About the Role You’ll be establishing company-wide security standards, coordinating 3rd-party security researchers, and ensuring Tensor is 100% SAFU. You will:

• Bootstrap and own Tensor’s internal security program

• Establish company-wide web security standards

• Work with developers to create automated processes to assess & enforce standards

• Develop policies & guidelines to make it easier for the team to remain secure

• Manage bug bounty programs and collaborate with 3rd-party security researchers

• Proactively ensure Tensor is safe from state-of-the-art vulnerabilities

• Conduct tabletop exercises to ensure company-wide readiness for security incidents

Hard requirements:

• Good understanding of cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• At least 3+ years of direct experience as Security Lead or similar

• Great understanding of broader security market and security products landscape

• Borderline obsessive about possible attack vectors and security loopholes

Bonus points for:

• Deep experience with Solana’s programming model

• Deep insight into AWS and its security best-practices

• Experience with any combination of the following: mobile security, secure coding, identity management and authentication, system administration and network security

• Auditing experience, in Solana in particular

• Experience hiring and running a security engineering team (you won’t be doing this immediately, but over time)
