We are seeking mid-level Salesforce Developers who excel in consulting and client-facing delivery environments, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and familiarity with Data Cloud, Agentforce, and industry-specific solutions.
As a member of our expanding Salesforce delivery team, you will help design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using both declarative and programmatic tools. You will contribute within Agile delivery teams, support client engagements, and influence business outcomes through effective CRM and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Core Development:
Design and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
Create automation with Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft.
Take part in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and version control usage.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices.
Sales and Service Cloud Focus:
Sales Cloud:
Experience with Lead and Opportunity lifecycle processes, assignment rules, auto-conversion, and custom quoting flows.
Familiarity with Product Catalogs, Pricing, Sales Engagement, and High Velocity Sales is a plus.
Service Cloud:
Strong understanding of Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlement Processes, Knowledge, and Agent Workspace.
Experience with CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and enhancements to the Service Console.
Experience Cloud and Agentforce:
Build and customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and tailored user interfaces.
Support emerging Agentforce capabilities, such as AI-driven agent prompts, voice and chat interaction flows, and customer action orchestration using prebuilt and contextual workflows.
Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP):
Use Data Cloud tools for real-time data ingestion, unified customer profiles, and segment activation for marketing or service journeys.
Create connectors and data streams to support event-driven personalization.
Industry Cloud Experience (Nice to Have):
Financial Services Cloud:
Work with household models, financial accounts, goals, activities, and compliance-related objects.
Experience with Advisor Console, interaction summaries, and Einstein capabilities for FSC.
Manufacturing Cloud:
Knowledge of program management, Sales Agreements, and Account-Based Forecasting.
Understanding of collaboration on Opportunities between field sales and partners.
B2B Commerce Cloud:
Manage product catalogs, cart processes, customized checkout, and Experience Cloud-based storefronts.
Client-Facing Delivery and Agile Collaboration:
Work with business analysts, architects, and product owners to interpret user stories and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement.
Engage with clients to present solution designs, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality results.
Document, test, and hand over solutions to support teams after deployment.
Required Experience:
Mid-Level Developer:
2–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on background with Sales and/or Service Cloud.
Proficient with Apex, LWC, declarative tools, and basic integrations.
Familiarity with client communication and working within a delivery team.
Preferred Salesforce Certifications:
Platform Developer I or II
Admin and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant (strong plus)
Data Cloud Consultant (plus)
Marketing Cloud Developer or Experience Cloud Consultant (helpful but optional)
