Job Summary

We’re hiring a Virtual Sales Representative to call and convert high-quality, motivated real estate leads. You’ll be the first point of contact for sellers—building rapport, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial steps of working with us. All leads are ready to talk, so there’s no cold calling.

This is a remote role with a flexible location, but fixed working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to motivated sellers for 5 hours per day (remote)
• Build rapport through warm, professional conversations
• Ask qualifying questions about the property and the seller’s situation
• Address objections using proven sales methods (training provided)
• Collect the seller’s email after they agree to proceed
• Coordinate with our Transactional Coordinator to ensure contracts are signed
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversions
• Keep accurate records of all conversations

Requirements

• Fluent English (clear, confident speaking)
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Confident, persuasive personality
• Ability to understand people and adjust your approach
• No degree or prior experience required
• Availability from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
