We are building an elite international sales team for a fast-growing online business opportunity project. We’re hiring top-tier phone sales reps who can confidently communicate value, build trust, and close deals with interested leads.

This is a remote, full-time role for high-energy individuals who are motivated to help others start or grow their online businesses – and earn well while doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and follow-up outbound calls with leads

• Guide clients through their options, explain benefits, and answer questions

• Overcome objections and close sales quickly and professionally

• Upsell or upgrade customers when relevant

• Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity

Compensation

• $18/hour base rate

• Performance bonuses + incentive contests

• Monthly earnings potential: $3,000 – $5,000+ (top performers)

• Payout via Wise or PayPal

Requirements

• Native English speaker – zero accent

• 1+ year experience in phone sales, customer closing, or consultative selling

• Proven ability to handle objections and close within 1–2 conversations

• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

• Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and a quality headset

• Full-time availability during U. S. business hours
