FloQast is looking for an experienced Sales Onboarding Manager to build and accelerate our sales onboarding to support FloQast’s rapidly expanding sales team. As a Sales Onboarding Manager you will partner with Sales & CS leadership, Product Leadership, Sales and Success Operations, Marketing, and Partnership teams, to define strategy, drive execution, and communicate business impact. You will build onboarding enablement for scale, design agile plans, rally cross-functional teams, and deliver programs that are delightful and impactful.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all sales onboarding end to end, including strategy, content design, content building, testing, launch, delivery and reporting.
Work cross-functionally to establish an onboarding strategy, framework, and schedule for the development and education of our sales team.
Define metrics to measure onboarding progress and proficiency of the new hires.
Use data analytics and reporting to make business decisions.
Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to training plans delivered to improve performance and ensure sales and FloQast objectives are met.
Help manage an LMS/CMS system.
Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.

What You’ll Bring:

4+ Years of experience in enablement and or coaching roles.
Experience building scalable end to end onboarding programs for sales teams of 200+ located around the world.
Experience creating content leveraging the latest technologies (examples include Articulate, Adobe Creator suite, Affinity Designer/Publisher etc.)
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly collaborative and coachable individual.

Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience working and/or deploying Learning Management Systems (LMS) / Content Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent cross group collaboration skills and stakeholder management
Experience within a high-growth, Technology Company would be a plus.
Exhibits sound business judgment and has a proven ability to influence others.
Sandler Certification and/or or familiarity with sales methodologies.
Worked as a teacher/educator in the past.
Hold any form of talent development certification from ATD (Association for Talent Development).
