For our enterprise matchmaking services and conference projects sold from our Berlin office, we are looking for a Sales Manager.

Your job responsibilities and requirements B2B sales in the field of innovative business development services Telephone sales pitches (outbound calls) and active acquisition on the basis of qualified solution provider contacts Identification of relevant decision makers including first contact Responsibility for the entire sales process from lead qualification, first contact and sales process to contract negotiation and closing Building a strong network by market research and cultivation of contacts Your qualifications You have some experience in sales, ideally in outbound telesales You are a strong sales person able to lead deal- and solution-oriented negotiations You are convincing with strong interpersonal skills and sales technique Strong customer focus and excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently, teamwork, flexibility and good English skills Sound knowledge of digital technologies Benefits include Full training is provided with an emphasis on developing effective sales and business development skills Fast-track internal promotion opportunities based on performance and bottom-line results Performance-based salary and uncapped commission structure Freelancers are welcome
