Shastic created the first-ever lending tools on Facebook for the financial sector in 2012. This was followed by the introduction of the first cloud-enabled lending platform in 2013 and later with the release of the first mobile banking lending tools for financial institutions in 2014. Our products help banks and credit unions turn social interactions into online loan transactions in minutes, as opposed to the traditional 6 – 12 month installation cycle that characterizes this industry. We have become the first provider of lending tools that can be integrated with the three most important E-Commerce platforms for the next generation of consumers: Facebook, Mobile Banking and Web.

The Sales Executive will work directly with the Berkeley-based founding team to grow the company’s direct sales channel to financial institutions as well as our indirect sales channels through industry partners. This position will require resourcefulness and persistence along with the discipline to build and follow up with a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal.

This position provides a groundfloor startup opportunity to join an innovative company in its early days and become part of the founding team as we grow and consolidate our brand in this exciting and highly-capitalized financial market. This position is full-time and offers a base and high commission with the potential to earn a 6-digit salary if the candidate outperforms the quota. Equity compensation may be offered based on the candidates qualifications.
