We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals.

To be successful, Sales Administrators should have experience in a sales environment and strong advanced administrative skills. Excellent Sales Administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide high-quality administrative support to help the team reach sales targets.

## Job Responsibilities
– Understand sales performance metrics
– Coordinate with teammates to launch projects quickly
– Support sales and prospecting processes by maintaining and following established procedures
– Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or Sales Coordinator
– Experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Reliable team player
– Ability to work under tight deadlines
– Work with CRM systems and partner with marketing teammates to create automations that move prospects through the pipeline
– Send documents for electronic signature
– Maintain and update the sales pipeline
– Maintain and improve Statements of Work (SOW) templates
– Manage quarterly schedules for creating and updating case studies, partnering with marketing to maximize their use
– Support collection of testimonials from current clients (with the Account Manager) and from prospects (with sales), working with marketing to leverage them
– Referral marketing support: help create and maintain referral programs, coordinate outreach and automations, manage call lists, etc.
– Assist with sales-related project management tasks
– Improve the efficiency of sales activities
– Maintain and update the CRM, including contacts, deals, and pipelines
– Create call lists and follow-up lists for Sales Executives
– Draft sales emails
– Complete sales administrative tasks, including initiating new proposals and gathering information needed to create or support Statements of Work (SOWs)
– Communicate regularly with the sales team
– Provide sales reporting
– Perform other duties as assigned

## Examples of Work Assignments
**Sales follow-up communication (email drafts and phone calls)**
1. Process review
2. Email automations
3. Update the daily call list according to the process
4. Review and send emails via Docusign (e.g., podcast release forms, SOWs for signature)

**Pipeline maintenance**
1. Update the pipeline based on daily sales activity
2. Review all call notes and ensure tasks are assigned
3. Track assigned tasks

**Sales collaboration**
1. Keep SOW templates current, or confirm regularly with the team
2. Support sales with completing sales documents and notes, including client questionnaires
3. Case studies: manage schedules, make assignments based on the process, and handle project management
4. Testimonials: manage schedules, make assignments based on the process, and handle project management
5. Coordinate with marketing to maximize the use of case studies and testimonials
6. Referral sources: create and manage processes
7. Referral sources: research new referral partners
8. Create and maintain phone lists for sales
9. Work with marketing to develop outreach messaging/campaigns

## Must Haves
– Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, meet deadlines, set expectations, work independently, and collaborate across teams
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
– Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills, including strong writing and grammar (especially for email)
– Confidence speaking with prospects by phone for outreach and follow-ups, including setting meetings, with a quiet space for phone work
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
– Proven ability to keep prospects engaged
– Proficiency with CRMs, including understanding pipelines and the sales process
– Native-level English
– Ability to work overlapping hours from 9:00am to 2:00pm EST
– Reliable internet and a remote workspace with a door
– Goal-driven mindset
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting sales teams
– Familiarity with new media and digital interactive initiatives, social media, and content
