Ideal candidate
- Productive in our Tech stack:
- Ruby on Rails 💎
- Hotwire / ViewComponent ⚡
- APIs REST/GraphQL
- Experience with Shopify or Meta’s APIs is a plus ➕
- Communication

- Hackerman – we work with a lot of 3rd parties, should be able to jump through hoops and find ways around walls

What you’ll be doing
- Implementing business logic / features
- Implementing UI ( customer side / merchant / admin )
- Handling integrations with Shopify, Meta, etc.

Work process
- We try to push to prod every day.
- We take “Ship fast and break things” to heart.
- Also “monitor your own stuff and make sure you fix things if you break something” 🙂
- Innovation velocity is our number one priority. We have no idea what will be useful to merchants and what won’t be, so we try to ship → collect feedback → ship → etc
- We’re currently 3 founders, one of them is technical.
- You’ll be working alongside the tech founder.
- We’re fully remote
- There’s no working time ( CET is our anchor time )
- You’re expected to spend ~30 productive hours* per week on the project
- Nobody cares if you moonlight, have a side hustle or you like to surf during the day – just do your job
- We have no meetings unless necessary ( async chat or loom is preferred )
- We have no planning, no deadlines, no sprints, and no methodologies → We take the next task and try to ship it ASAP
- You’ll be presented with “shaped” features ( not too concrete, not too vague specs )
- You’ll need to figure out how to build them following our product philosophy
- Nobody will babysit you, you’ll need to get things done or ask for help proactively
