On-Site is looking for engineers with a passion for programming and for writing beautiful code. If you never think about code after 5:01pm, if you haven’t read a book about programming since you left school or if you are not excited by the idea of a technical interview where you write code, please do not apply.

We want folks who enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a capacity for learning new skills and be able to thrive under deadline pressure.

We’re looking for people who enjoy programming on-site in a close-knit team environment. We’re fans of pair programming, code reviews and talking with each other about how to make our code and processes better. Good communication skills, an eagerness to learn from others in an ego-free environment and the ability to have fun are all important.
