• Own current system architecture of RoR based application
• Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for scalable backend methods from idea to going live using RoR
• Deployment and testing of our RoR app
• Identification of bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Technical lead for client customizations and other projects
• Lead in continuous improvement of development process (e.g. coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, documentation)
• Should have experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
