Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring a Rubyist with 7+ years of experience.
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
- Review team Pull Requests (PRs) for accuracy, stability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members through pairing sessions to enhance skills and code quality.
- Ensure the stability and performance of existing applications, providing support as needed.
- Engage in code reviews, technical strategy discussions, and system architecture planning to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Qualifications:
- Tech Stack: Ruby, Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, UNIX/Linux, XML, SFTP.
- Enthusiasm and passion for building impactful solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
