The Ship Sticks Engineering Team is scaling a Ruby on Rails stack and is hiring technologists with all sorts of skill sets and backgrounds.

The Ruby-on-Rails developer will be responsible for developing new features, re-factoring the existing code-base, help in establishing best practices for new development, assist in managing off shore developers, and work hand-in-hand with the Chief Technology Officer to develop a scale-able platform allowing for additional business verticals.
