We desire a full-time Ruby on Rails Developer to help us develop our next generation medical education platform. This strategic project requires extracting business requirements from existing legacy systems and consolidating them into a single robust and configurable system to be used as the flagship product for future contracts.

We plan to build this application using the Ruby stack or similar technologies. Experience with these tools or similar is required, as is a willingness to learn and adapt to company needs. We expect employees to be involved in the entire lifecycle of our products, including supporting our legacy systems during this transition. Our small size also means that we value creativity in problem solving and give our employees the freedom to try new approaches.
