As a junior developer at Tiltify you’ll have an opportunity to create online fundraising tools that will power the next generation of charitable fundraising.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in weekly scrums, pair programming and code reviews.

• Maintain stories and progress using Jira.

• Write clean, understandable code in Ruby 2, Rails 4 and Javascript.

• Write tests using Rspec.

• Ensure bugs are addressed quickly and with great care.

• Work in an agile environment.

Skills

• A CS Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with Ruby and Rails.

• Knowledge of postgres.

• Knowledge of Slim and SASS.

• Experience with JavaScript/CoffeeScript.

• Passion for using technology to improve online fundraising.

• An understanding of live streaming technologies including onscreen overlays.

• Burning desire to work at a fast-paced company.

• Positive, enthusiastic and has the ambition to tackle the big problems.
