Greenlight is seeking a Risk Management Intern to support new customer onboarding reviews.
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Risk Management, this role is pivotal in upholding the
organization’s financial integrity and protecting against fraud. If you’re passionate about shaping a

What you will be doing:
- Perform detailed analysis of customer onboarding via real-time queues, resolving Fraud
- Alerts promptly to mitigate potential revenue losses and customer harm.
- Maintain performance standards to ensure efficiencies and accurate decision-making.
- Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and share feedback on observations.
What you should bring:
- Quick to learn and pick up complex tasks
- Ability to function in the gray area
- Strong ability to analyze data and apply logical reasoning for decision making quality
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
- Prior exposure to working as an Intern in any software development firm would be a plus.
