This role is being created to identify growth opportunities, align stakeholders, and lead high-impact initiatives across multiple products. We are looking for someone who can bridge strategy and execution—turning business goals into measurable outcomes and helping accelerate the next phase of growth.
Analyze revenue performance, product adoption, customer behavior, and monetisation opportunities across multiple product lines.
Partner with Product and Finance teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritise high-impact initiatives.
Develop business cases, growth plans, and strategic recommendations to improve revenue and adoption.
Drive planning processes and track progress against key business objectives.
Build a deep understanding of HighLevel’s products, customers, and revenue drivers.
Identify opportunities across new revenue streams , adoption and expansion.
Work closely with Product teams to shape and execute strategic initiatives that drive business impact.
Align Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams around common goals.
Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across complex initiatives.
Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across multiple functions.
Own high-priority initiatives from ideation through execution.
Establish operating rhythms, success metrics, and tracking mechanisms.
Monitor outcomes, identify risks, and course-correct when necessary.
Continuously improve planning, prioritization, and execution processes.
Develop a strong understanding of HighLevel’s products, customers, and revenue drivers.
Build trusted relationships across Product, Finance, and GTM teams.
Identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities.
Influence roadmap and business decisions through data-driven insights.
Successfully drive measurable improvements in revenue, adoption, and business performance.
Lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
Become a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and business strategy.
Improve organizational alignment, planning quality, and execution effectiveness.
7–12 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Product Strategy, Revenue Strategy, Growth, or Business Operations roles.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, monetization, pricing, adoption, retention, and growth metrics.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, GTM, and Leadership teams.
Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and influencing without direct authority.
Hands-on with AI tools and modern productivity workflows.
Experience in high-growth SaaS, startup, or consulting-led environments is preferred.
Founder’s Office or Chief of Staff in a high-growth startup.
Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Growth leadership roles.
Professionals from Consulting background who have transitioned into operating roles.
Professionals with experience driving monetization, pricing, growth, or business transformation initiatives.
