We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our Sales Operations team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as an AI Revenue Operations Analyst, you will build an AI-driven data layer that turns operational data into decision-ready intelligence. This role owns the technical pipeline: pulling data from Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, and other systems through workflow automation tools, structuring it in a central database, and using it to power Claude-based skills and dashboards.
You’ll work daily with Sales Ops, Finance, and Services to keep data connections accurate — clarifying definitions, troubleshooting issues, and iterating on what flows through the system. Operations leadership sets priorities; you own execution and the relationships that keep the data trustworthy.
- Build and maintain automated pipelines connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, and other systems into a central database.
- Turn loosely-defined business asks into buildable technical specs, asking clarifying questions rather than needing everything spelled out.
- Author and refine Claude skills/workflows and dashboards for recurring RevOps, Finance, and Services reporting — improving them continuously based on end-user feedback.
- Own working relationships with Finance and Services counterparts on data connection details and fixes.
- Maintain data quality: validation, deduplication, monitoring, documentation
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, databases, and dashboards (e.g., N8N, MongoDB, Tableau/Power BI, or similar).
- Comfort with code (Python/JavaScript) and database query syntax.
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and agentic AI (Claude/OpenAI APIs, skill/prompt design)
- Excellent written English and async communication skills.
- Working familiarity with enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
- Experience converting business needs into technical requirements — prior BA or hybrid ops/technical background is a plus.
- Feedback-driven mindset — iterates on tools rather than shipping once and moving on.
- Strong, independent ownership instinct.
- Nice to have: experience supporting US teams remotely; exposure to OpenAir/NetSuite/Adaptive Insights; RevOps or other operations background.
- Professional growth and Development opportunities.
- Working within a team of friendly, skilled people where help is always within reach
- Flexible working hours
- 4 recharge days, where the entire company goes on a brief pause in all geographies for 1 day each quarter. This day can be spent in whatever way helps you recharge, to regain energy, and dive back into the next workday
- High-end laptop (Windows or Mac)
- Competitive pay and bonus
- 18 vacation days in a year in addition to 15 days Sick Leave/ Casual leave per calendar year.
- 16 hours of paid volunteer time off per year
- Wedding gift and newborn gift allowance for employees.
- 26 weeks of paid maternity leave and one week of paid paternity leave.
- 12 wellness leaves for women employees
- Health Insurance of up to 7 lacs for self, spouse, 4 dependent children, and parents. 100% of the premium is paid by Vendavo and it covers the employee, spouse, children, and their parents.
- Group Term Insurance coverage up to three times of their Annual CTC . Dependents are not covered.
- Group Personal Accident coverage up to three times of Annual CTC. Dependents are not covered.
- Provident fund contributions
