Retail Associate – 2025 CrossFit Games

CrossFit is bringing our merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic, 4-day pop-up at the Games. We’re looking for motivated, fitness-savvy retail associates to help deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

● Dates – July 31st – August 3rd

● Hours – 8-10 hour shifts daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

● Compensation – Flat rate of $750 for the entire event

● Location – Near MVP Arena – 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride

● Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals and needs

● Educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits

● Support setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking

● Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays

● Track and report inventory levels during the event

● Be a positive, energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

● Availability for the full 4-day event (including setup and breakdown)

● Retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)

● Comfortable standing for extended periods (8–10 hours)

● Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

● Passion for fitness, wellness, or living a healthy lifestyle

● Nearby parking garages available ($4–$8/day)
