Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented Registered Nurse who is committed to reproductive justice, uses trauma‑informed care practices, and is driven to expand access to safe, patient‑centered abortion care through telemedicine.

In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to patients using medication abortion. Working remotely, you will respond to medical questions, conduct timely triage and clinical assessments, and offer tailored nursing guidance. You will ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for with culturally sensitive, evidence‑based care.

We are hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse.

• Schedule: 10‑hour shifts, 12 pm–10 pm ET / 9 am–7 pm PT
• Workdays: Wednesday through Saturday
• Compensation: 90,000–93,000 USD
• Expected start date: August 2026

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience (BSN required), ideally including telehealth
• At least 1 year of experience in abortion care or reproductive health
• Active nursing license, including California and at least one of the following states: CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact license plus CA
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with safe real‑time decision‑making
• Excellent communication skills, providing clear, empathetic support via chat and virtual consultations during stressful situations
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and organizational care and documentation policies
• Comfort using digital tools and technology for virtual care
• Experience providing trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care
• Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion
• Ability to thrive in a mission‑driven, agile startup environment
• Interest in continuous process improvement
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

Compensation: 90,000–93,000 USD annually, plus equity
