We are looking for an aspiring, commercially minded Sales Development Representative to join our team and help power our SDR sales engine. In this role, you will generate new business by qualifying cold leads and creating opportunities for Account Executives to turn into new revenue. You will also have the opportunity to sell a product that marketers truly value.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Proactively prospect cold target accounts using cold calling and a predictable revenue approach.
– Build strong relationships with prospects through a multi-channel method including phone, email, video, and LinkedIn.
– Conduct initial qualification to uncover prospect pain points and challenges, aligning the Attest solution and its benefits.
– Communicate the value of the Attest platform to multiple stakeholders using account-based selling.
– Serve as a trusted advisor by educating and guiding prospects on how Attest can help them.
– Contribute to the team’s positive attitude, high energy, and drive.
– Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position our offering effectively and spot new opportunities.
– Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas.

We would love to hear from you if you:
– Have excellent organisational and time-management skills and thrive in an autonomous environment.
– Communicate confidently and thoughtfully, both verbally and in writing, and can adapt your style to different audiences and situations.
– Are curious and rigorous in your thinking—ask insightful questions and develop solutions using both knowledge and understanding.
– Feel comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in marketing, brand, insights, or similar areas within B2C industries.
– Are conscientious and take pride in your work, while staying humble—achieving strong results without ego (we call it humble ambition).
– Find it easy to build relationships with genuine empathy.
– Are persistent and don’t give up easily.
– Are relentlessly positive and passionate about self-development.
– Are self-motivated—enjoy teamwork but also know how to stay focused and keep momentum on your own.

Benefits:
Our benefits programme is designed to support wellbeing, engagement, and growth. Highlights include:
– EMI share options.
– Career development support, including a £20 per month budget that can be rolled over across the year, plus £300 toward setting up your home office.
– 25 days paid holiday per year (increasing to 26 after 3 years and 27 after 4 years), plus local public holidays and an additional average of 2 days off during the festive season. You can also take a fully paid one-month sabbatical after 4 years of service.
– Wellness support such as enhanced sick pay, a £40 per month wellness allowance (monthly or saved for larger purchases), and access to private, confidential coaching through Sanctus.
– Family-friendly policies from day one, including enhanced parental leave (18 weeks fully paid for primary caregivers and 4 weeks full pay for secondary caregivers), along with fertility treatment and family support leave. If needed, you will also receive paid time off under a pregnancy loss policy.
– Up to 2 paid days per month (10% time) to give back to your community or support your favourite charity.
– Auto-enrolment into a group pension plan via Penfold, with the option to maximise contributions through a salary sacrifice scheme.
– 24/7 support through the Employee Assistance Programme (Care First).
– The option to work from abroad for up to 80 days per year, with a ±4-hour overlap from London.
– An open, inclusive, supportive team where everyone’s ideas are valued.

In-person and remote working balance:
We work collaboratively and use a hybrid model. Typically, you’ll be in the office two days per week, with specific days and times agreed with you and your line manager. This may vary based on workload and your calendar. We also support flexible working arrangements and encourage you to discuss what will help you achieve the best balance.

Salary range: £40,000 — £80,000 per year.
