We are seeking a Remarketing Auction Representative to oversee vehicle remarketing activities with our auction partners and help support key company goals. The role is focused on maximizing net returns, reducing inventory turn time, and limiting residual value losses. Responsibilities include managing vehicle transport, inspections, preparation for sale, and post-sale reporting. This position requires close coordination with auctions to enhance performance while ensuring full legal compliance. The role reports to the Remarketing Supervisor and is fully remote with required travel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance assigned auction partnerships, including on-site visits and negotiating service fees to ensure strong performance
• Oversee the full inventory lifecycle, including transportation, inspections, reconditioning, and valuation for sale readiness
• Set and adjust vehicle floor prices using real-time market data to maximize net returns while maintaining strong sell-through rates
• Maintain clear communication with auction teams through AutoIMS, acting as the main contact for resolving service issues
• Partner with auctions to create and implement targeted sale promotions and marketing efforts
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including preparing and sending legal notices and repossession documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records by documenting vehicle valuations and sale results
• Review and process vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies before submitting for payment
• Track and report KPIs, monitoring auction performance, marketing impact, and overall sale-related costs

Key Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience with vehicle auctions within the automotive industry required
• Background in automotive remarketing, auction operations, or related areas preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including repossession laws and FDCPA requirements
• Strong negotiation and inquiry skills used professionally to manage vendor relationships and maximize proceeds
• High attention to detail for legal documentation and financial accuracy
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with web-based research tools and remarketing platforms (AutoIMS/Salesforce is a plus)

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually
This role includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
