Requirements:

  • 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tools such as Figma, https://wireframe.cc, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Extensive experience applying UX best practices to design solutions, with a solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD), including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and addressing usability and accessibility.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Experience creating or managing style guides, pattern libraries, or UI libraries (e.g., Ant Design) is also a strong advantage.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken, since you’ll communicate with clients directly.
  • Strong organizational skills—able to work full-time remotely without supervision.
  • Reliability—we need to be able to trust you.
  • Communication skills—no need to come up with topics for small talk, but basic politeness is all we ask.
