What you will be doing: Social media live chat assistants are paid to respond to customer messages on social media platforms. This includes answering questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $25–$35 per hour.
Requirements: You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. You should also be familiar with one or more major social media networks such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, or TikTok.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-friendly social media roles, and full training will be provided. You do not need prior social media experience.
