You will serve as a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, playing a key role in making sure customers receive their meals for the week ahead. You will load and unload prepacked meal boxes from designated cold storage and deliver them to customers’ homes. By providing timely deliveries and excellent customer service, you will help demonstrate Mom’s Meals’ Core Values.
Schedule: 4-day work week, Tuesday–Friday
Pay: $22 per hour

Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Safely operate the company vehicle and follow all traffic laws
- Load meals into the company vehicle at the designated cold storage facility
- Deliver meals to clients, often bringing meals directly into clients’ homes
- Call clients when delivery issues occur or when needed for your route/region
- Accurately and consistently record deliveries in the MMHD delivery application
- Follow all food sanitation and food safety procedures at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to clients consistently
- Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment in safe working condition
- Report any equipment malfunctions and vehicle damage immediately to your supervisor to ensure timely repairs
- Assist with vehicle and driver audits
- Ensure deliveries are completed in accordance with established protocols
Required skills and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have an excellent driving (DMV) record
- Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Must be able to operate a smartphone reliably
- Must be familiar with and comfortable using GPS for navigation
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to drive in varying weather and traffic conditions
- Ability to work in different weather conditions
- Prior experience following company policies and demonstrating core values
- Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
- Must pass a post-offer MVR lookup
Preferred skills and experience
- Previous delivery driving experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience completing high-volume residential delivery routes
- Strong customer service background, with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers in their homes
- Experience working independently while meeting productivity and on-time delivery expectations
- Experience in roles that require frequent driving, time management, and direct customer interaction
Physical requirements
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Visual ability to perform the job, including peripheral and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to work in variable temperatures (hot and cold)
