We’re hiring a customer service representative with strong technical skills to handle a very small number of customer requests. We’ve worked hard to improve the customer experience, and over time we’ve significantly reduced the amount of customer support we need. Responding to customer emails requires only about five hours per week.
Your responsibilities would be to check your email twice a day (Monday through Friday) for about 30 minutes each time—once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. Most customer requests come through email; there are only about one or two phone calls per month.
The main duties of this role include:
- Answering a few emails well each day
- Reproducing bugs and documenting issues for the development team
- Sharing customer feedback and usability concerns
This is a 1099 contract role with a flat rate of $800 per month. It’s a great fit for someone looking for a very part-time commitment in addition to other work, or for someone who wants meaningful, purposeful work.

It also helps families make difficult decisions after divorce or separation, and it supports communication between two parents who may not get along as well anymore. By reducing conflict, it also helps families save a lot of money in legal fees.
